Through our app, we partner with women to design and coordinate comprehensive support — medical, financial, housing, mentoring — ensuring that all women have access to life-affirming, life-changing care regardless of their socioeconomic status.

Our licensed counselors provide honest, medically accurate information about all pregnancy options — motherhood, abortion or adoption — without bias or pressure. We will never shame you, withhold information from you, or steer you toward a predetermined answer.
The gap we see is not enough support for women continuing their pregnancy through parenting or adoption, so that is what Plana specializes in. If you are still deciding, come to Plana first.
