Plana, a free app, that pairs women who have unexpected pregnancies with a care coordinator who builds a personalized support plan based on their needs. If you want to create a Kinnection plan, we connect you with support, resources and local non-profits so that you can focus on planning your next steps. We also offer mentors and ongoing emotional support so you can have someone advocating for you along the way.
