OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR
Plana, 8465 W Sahara Avenue, Suite 111-711, Las Vegas, NV 89117 ("Sponsor").
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Plana Founders Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on June 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time ("CT") and ends on August 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such individual, are ineligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Entries by ineligible persons are void.
4. HOW TO ENTER
METHOD A — FOUNDER ENTRY (one entry per completed set of steps):
During the Promotion Period, complete all four (4) of the following steps:
- Sign up as a Plana Founder at https://plana.org/pages/tpusa-womens-leadership-summit-update
- Contact the Plana team to receive official event materials;
- Host a Plana Girls Night event with a minimum of five (5) participants, guide participants through the provided Plana materials, and assist each participant in creating a personal care plan; and
- Film a UGC (user-generated content) video reel during the Girls Night event and submit it to marketing@plana.org. The email subject line must read: "Sweepstakes Entry — [Your Full Name]."
Completion of all four steps during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) entry. Entries submitted after the Promotion Period ends are void.
METHOD B — REFERRAL BONUS ENTRIES:
For each additional woman that a Founder recruits into the Plana Founder network who herself independently completes all four steps in Method A during the Promotion Period, the referring Founder earns one (1) additional entry. There is no maximum limit on bonus entries earned through referrals. Sponsor may request documentation of referral relationships.
METHOD C — FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE):
To enter without completing Founder obligations, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3x5-inch card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to:

Limit: one (1) AMOE per outer mailing envelope. AMOE entries receive one (1) entry only and are not eligible for referral bonus entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected mail. All AMOE entries must be postmarked by August 4, 2026 and received by September 6, 2026.
ENTRY LIMITS: Maximum of one (1) Founder entry per person per completed Girls Night event hosted. Maximum of one (1) AMOE per mailing envelope. Unlimited referral bonus entries per person. Automated, robotic, programmatic, or bulk entries are void.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize: A "Girls Weekend Away" for the winner and five (5) guests, consisting of: (i) an Airbnb accommodation voucher; (ii) a food and dining voucher; and (iii) an activities and experiences allowance. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000 USD. Specific prize components are subject to availability at the time of prize fulfillment, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Prize is awarded as described. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and for all costs and expenses not expressly described herein, including but not limited to transportation to and from the accommodation, personal expenses, and gratuities.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about August 13, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The potential winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in the entrant's contact information.
7. WINNER REQUIREMENTS
The potential winner must execute and return, within ten (10) days of issuance: (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (ii) a Liability Release; IRS Form W-9 and (iii) where lawful, a Publicity Release ("Winner Documents"). Failure to return completed Winner Documents within the required timeframe, or if Winner Documents are returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
If the potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner.
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND LICENSE
By submitting a video reel ("UGC") as part of a Founder Entry, each entrant:
- Grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the UGC across all media channels, including social media platforms, for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes, without additional compensation or notification to the entrant;
- Represents and warrants that: (a) the entrant is the sole creator and owner of all rights in the UGC, or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and consents from third parties; (b) the UGC does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) all individuals appearing in the UGC have provided consent to be filmed and to have the UGC used as described herein; (d) the UGC does not contain any third-party copyrighted music or content for which the entrant does not hold a license; and
- Agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from the UGC or any breach of the foregoing representations.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any UGC submission that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries; server errors; technical failures of any kind; or entries not received due to network or internet failures. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts in violation of these Official Rules.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner consents to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, voice, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or approval.
11. PRIVACY
Information submitted by entrants will be collected and used to administer this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at the footer of plana.org. By entering, entrants consent to such collection and use. Sponsor will not sell personal information collected through this Sweepstakes to third parties.
12. SOCIAL MEDIA AND ENDORSEMENT DISCLOSURES
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Any and all questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
If winners or Founders post about this Sweepstakes on social media, they must clearly disclose the material relationship with Sponsor in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or #PlanaPartner).
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (I) ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF ANY PRIZE; (II) ANY TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR; OR (III) UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY PRIZE COMPONENT. BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT RELEASES AND DISCHARGES SPONSOR FROM ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ANY PRIZE.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (iii) this Sweepstakes and all disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
15. WINNER'S LIST
